Important Notes for Headshots and Portrait Photography
For all on-location studio sessions, allow 20 minutes for setup time, and 20 minutes for tear-down, post-session. To minimize setup time, have (at minimum) a 10'x10' space (such as a conference room, lounge, reception area or extra office) cleared of obstructions and ready for studio gear prior to Bill's arrival. In-studio or on-location studio sessions last about 15 minutes per person. Professional headshots or portraits done on-location outdoors may take longer, due to some walking around and considering unique settings, angles and positions for shots. Bill Breneman Photography does not hire or utilize a hair stylist or a makeup artist.
All images will be processed, retouched, digitally mastered and available for viewing and download in your custom-made gallery within 48 hours of the shoot. After the gallery is created, Bill will contact you with a link to your gallery. Re-touching and digital mastering is limited to cropping, color, highlight, shadow and contrast adjustments. This imaging is based on industry standards of "darkroom techniques" employed with film processing. No content editing is performed.
