Videography

Videography is true visual storytelling, seamlessly integrating still imagery and drone-produced video clips for extra visual impact. Unlike a virtual tour, Videography takes a cinematic approach incorporating elements such as walkthroughs, background music, still imagery, narration, text/graphic overlays and stock imagery (such as scenic "context" footage of nearby attractions or recreational activities; and footage of amenities like fitness rooms, commons and gaming areas such as in the case of multi-unit properties like apartment complexes or condo-hotels).

COVID-19 Considerations

COVID-19 made videography even more critical in providing another "touchless", anxiety-free means of browsing listings - particularly for real estate, vacation rentals, apartment complexes and hotels. In the era of "social distancing" and the increased desire of homebuyers and renters to browse listings remotely, videography is not only crucial to closing sales but can go a long way towards making you and your business stand out.

Why brokers and property managers care about video:

• Real estate listings with videos receive 403% more inquiries than those without

• Like virtual tours, videos provide "touchless", anxiety-free browsing

Nearly 40% of people use video when searching for a home (NAR)

• Increases online engagement from higher-quality prospects

• 24 hour post production and turnaround in most cases

• High-resolution, 4K video quality

• Mobile-friendly

Technology

Bill Breneman Productions utilizes three types of technology for creating video footage (all of which shoot 4K video): a Nikon D780 dSLR, a GoPro 10 and a drone squadron consisting of two DJI Mavic Air 2's (nicknamed "Maverick" and "Goose") and a DJI Mini 2 (nicknamed "Charlie"). "Maverick" and "Goose" produce exterior imagery; "Charlie" and the GoPro 10 produce interior imagery. "Charlie" can safely film larger interior spaces such as warehouses, manufacturing facilities, dining halls and larger rooms in homes; the GoPro 10 is used for filming close-up subject matter (products, artistic/design elements) as well as smaller rooms and spaces such as apartments, condos, bathrooms and smaller bedrooms. Imagery from all three types of platforms is seamlessly integrated using Adobe Premiere Pro.
